The Bronze Package.

Designed primarily for private sellers with apartments, the Bronze package offers you our least expensive option to get your property on the web hassle-free - and fast!

What you get.

You will receive a three-page website hosted as a sub-domain of our site. These will be an Accomodation/home page, a Photo gallery page and a Contact page.

Your property name and picture will be in the header graphic on all pages and there will also be one or two small pictures on the home page. The photo gallery page will display up to 15 images.

For the domain name you can choose your own prefix, but generally it is best to use the name of the property or similar. For example, if your house is called Casa Blanca your unique domain name will look like this: www.casablanca.slr52.com (Click the link or the image above to see an example of how the site will look.)

You will also receive a unique email address which can be any name you like @casablanca.slr52.com

How it's done.

We will travel to your property and provide a photo shoot to get the best images possible. We will then edit and enhance as necessary and put all final images onto disc. As the client, you will be assigned a license to use these images in the promotion of your property.

Should you be placing your property with an agent you can then let them use these professional pictures rather than their own (often not so great!) images.

For this package we would expect you to provide the basics of the written copy. We then do a write up of the features and facilities as provided by you and mock up the draft webpages for your approval.

Once approved we finalise the site and put it online for all the world to see.

How long will it take?

From photo-shoot to live website usually takes just three or four days. We then host your site, included in the price, for three months.

Once your site is approved and online any minor editing required (things like price changes or small text changes) during this period is included also, but any major changes or re-working would be chargeable by negotiation.

If you want to extend your hosting after your three-month period is over then we can offer you three-monthly fixed periods for only 25€ to include the minor webmastering services as mentioned above.

What happens once my property is sold?

We simply take down the site - no exit fees, nothing else to pay. If you would like the .html files for posterity then you are more than welcome to have them.

How much will it cost?

Our Bronze package as described above is priced at only 225€ for apartments up to three bedrooms.

(For larger apartments and townhouses we charge a small surcharge of 35€. This is to cover the extra setting-up time and possible extra terrace/garden shots.)

There are no hidden extras. So from only 225€ you can be online with a three-page website and nothing else to pay for three months. How does that compare to the 5-10% commission the estate agents would charge you?!
