The Gold Package.

Our Gold package is for those who want the best! We do everything for you and you get your own independent website with your own domain name.

This package is primarily designed for those who run a holiday rental or lettings business.

What you get.

You will receive a multi-page unique website hosted under your own domain name. Popular pages include a Home page, an Accomodation/photo gallery page, a Location page, a Prices/availability page, a Bookings page, and a Contact us page.

The photo gallery page will display up to 40 images. There will also be two or three small images on most pages. All graphics and styling will be unique to your site.

For the domain name you can choose whatever you like (provided it's currently available). You can have it as a .com, or a .net, or a .co.uk - it's entirely up to you. The purchase and registration of the domain name is included in the price.

You will own the domain name outright so you can take it anywhere and have it hosted after the initial period included in this package.

So, for example, if your house is called Villa Tranquilo your domain name could look like this: www.villatranquilo.com (Click the link or the image above to see an example of how the site will look.)

You will also receive up to three unique email addresses which can be any name you like @your-domain-name.

For example: rentals@villatranquilo.com, enquiries@villatranquilo.com, etc.

How it's done.

We will travel to your property and provide the necessary photo shoot to get the best images possible according to the lighting direction and conditions. We will then edit and enhance as necessary and put all final images onto disc. As the client, you will be assigned a license to use these images in the promotion of your property.

Should you be placing your property with a lettings agent as well, you can let them use these professional pictures rather than their own (often not so great!) images.

We then do the copywriting, based on the features and facilities as provided and discussed with you. After that comes a mock-up of the website for your approval. We will discuss your basic preferences and style as we proceed.

Once approved we complete the site, then submit it to you for any final comments before putting it online and introducing your lettings business to its worldwide market.

How long will it take?

From photo-shoot to live website usually takes from seven to ten days. (Talk to us nicely and we can do it faster!) We then host your site, included in the price, for four months.

Once your site is approved and online any minor editing required (things like price changes or small text changes) during this period is included also, but any major changes or re-working would be chargeable by negotiation.

If you want to extend your hosting after your four-month period is over then we can offer you a monthly hosting fee of 15€, or three-monthly fixed periods for only 40€, to include the minor webmastering services as mentioned above.

What happens if I want to change my website host after the four months?

Should you wish to take your domain and have it hosted elsewhere, you are perfectly welcome to do this - it's your website!

We simply take down the site from our host, transfer the files to your new webmaster and he can point your site to whichever host you prefer. There are no exit fees and nothing else to pay.

You retain the domain name and copyright to the site.

How much will it cost?

Our Gold package as described above is priced at only 475€. There are no hidden extras.

So for only 475€ you can be online with your own rentals website, your own domain name and nothing else to pay for four months.
