We provide a range of complete marketing packages for private individuals who wish to have access to the same tools and advantages as the professionals.

Whether you require a basic web presence to market your property, or a multi-functional site for your holiday rental business (see left), we can meet your needs.

You just choose which package best suits your current requirements and we go to work!

Photography.

We offer a professional photo shoot of your property to show it at its best and emphasise its most saleable features. There is no doubt that professional quality, high resolution pictures are the most important aspect of marketing your property.

You will receive a complete portfolio of professional quality, high-resolution digital images on disc. As the client, you will be assigned a license to use these images in the promotion of your property. We will be happy to provide you with duplicate copies if necessary.

Please note also that we don't just take the pictures and put them on a disc. Back in the office we will assess each one and tweak it as necessary in Photoshop to get the very best out of every aspect of the image.

A word on property agents.

If you are also planning to place your property with a selling or letting agent, or a number of agents, you may like to consider whether you really want a procession of point-and-shooters coming round and snapping away merrily from all the wrong angles?

With our disc you will have all you need to ensure that only the best images are used in the marketing of your property - just give the agents a copy and tell them what you want!

We can provide a photo-shoot only facility if that is all you would like.

Copywriting.

We would generally start with your notes and ideas and then write some copy and present it to you for approval. We liase very closely with you to ensure that what you want to say about your home is expressed in the best possible way.

Naturally, if you would prefer, we can take care of the whole process from start to finish ourselves.

Website design.

We will create an attractive website for you with all your property's information, pictures and contact details in an easily-navigable style. Again, you will have the final approval of this before it goes live.

Our websites are designed primarily to maximise that essential first impression and encourage your potential buyer to stick around and find out more.

Also, most importantly, they are fast-loading and easy to view.

(People are fickle online, it is said that the average attention span before hitting that little 'X' is just 8 seconds!)

A Flash-based, dynamic website with lots of pretty moving graphics may look impressive, but by the time it has loaded into someone's dial-up connected browser they're long-gone and looking at the next house.

The main point is that the website should show off your property, not the web designer's creative genius!

Our websites are correctly optimised to rank as highly as possible on the major search engines, like Google, Yahoo! and MSN.

Once the site is finished and approved we will then put it online and host it for you for the time period according to your package.

We are also more than happy to do the photo-shoots, or the copywriting, or the web design separately if that is all you require.

The area we cover.

Our photographer is based in Estepona and covers the western Costa sel Sol and inland areas, between Malaga and Sotogrande.

We're not nine-to-five people! Our photo shoots are timed to suit your preferences and, most importantly, the optimum lighting conditions. (Quite often this can be early morning or late afternoon.)
