The Silver Package.

The Silver package offers the private seller a more comprehensive and individual option.

What you get.

You will receive a five-page website hosted under your own unique domain name. These will be a Home page, an Accommodation page, a Photo gallery page, a Location page and a Contact us page.

Your header graphic will be unique to your site. The photo gallery page will display up to 25 images. On most pages there will also be two or three small pictures.

For the domain name you can choose whatever you like (provided it's currently available). You can have it as a .com, or a .net, or a .co.uk - it's entirely up to you. The purchase and registration of the domain name is included in the price.

You will own the domain name outright so you can take it anywhere and have it hosted after the initial period included in this package.

So, for example, if your house is called Casa Roja your domain name could look like this: www.casaroja.com (Click the link or the image above to see an example of how the site will look.)

You will also receive up to three unique email addresses which can be any name you like @your-domain-name.

For example: david@casaroja.com, sally@casaroja.com, etc.

How it's done.

We will travel to your property and provide a half-day photo session to get the best images possible. We will then edit and enhance as necessary and put all final images onto disc. As the client, you will be assigned a license to use these images in the promotion of your property.

Should you be placing your property with an agent you can then let them use these professional pictures rather than their own (often not so great!) images.

We then do the copywriting, based on the features and facilities as provided by you, and mock up a draft website for your approval. Once approved we complete any editing, finalise the site and put it online.

How long will it take?

From photo-shoot to live website usually takes around a week. We then host your site, included in the price, for four months.

Once your site is approved and online any minor editing required (things like price changes or small text changes) during this period is included also, but any major changes or re-working would be chargeable by negotiation.

If you want to extend your hosting after your four-month period is over then we can offer you a monthly hosting fee of 15€, or three-monthly fixed periods for only 40€, to include the minor webmastering services as mentioned above.

What happens once my property is sold?

We simply take down the site - no exit fees, nothing else to pay. You still retain the domain name until the next renewal (usually annually), then you can decide whether you want to keep it or not. If you would like the .html files for posterity then you are more than welcome to have them.

How much will it cost?

Our Silver package as described above is priced at only 375€. There are no hidden extras.

So for only 375€ you can be online with your own unique multi-page website, your own domain name and nothing else to pay for four months. It's still only a fraction of the 5-10% commission the estate agents would charge you.
